We offer above-average compensation, as well as benefits including paid holidays, health insurance, and vacation time. (NOTE: Benefits are available to full-time employees.) Additionally, we offer retirement savings options (401k) and we are looking to increase our benefit offerings to include bonus and incentive plans, as well as a "rainy day" program for those times of the year when work cannot progress due to inclement weather and unsafe working conditions. As we grow, our benefit offerings will expand!
The potential for danger and injury is high on the majority of our work sites. We work around very large, heavy, industrial equipment. One false move or mistake can have dramatic consequences.
