We've handpicked coordinating floss colors and you can use your preferred smocking plate or the one included with the Bishop pattern. The separately sold pattern's instructions guide you through creating a continuous bound placket to finish your dress. Our 'Cut, Sew, Pleat' service pre-cuts, sews in sleeves, and pleats the yoke for you. After smocking, follow the pattern's instructions to complete your dress. Note: You'll need to purchase the pattern to use this kit. The Bishop pattern has been updated, featuring an expanded size range (now includes newborn and 3 months), rewritten instructions with step-by-step diagrams, and unstacked sizes based on original Elizabeth Travis Johnson Bishop designs. For Liberty fabric 54" wide, use 60" wide fabric requirements for sizes newborn-12mo and 45" wide for sizes 18mo-6.
